"Room was a little smaller than expecting but still comfortable. However the wifi in the room was barely existent. Would continuously disconnect and re-connect, or need password reset. Amazing restaurant, great bathroom. "

"When we arrived, the hotel garage was full so we could not park in it. They said we could park on the street. The next day I received a ticket to pay for parking on the street. At that time, I could have moved it into the garage but I did not because I thought I could park on the street. The hotel never told me that it would cost me to park on the street. When I asked about parking, it would have been nice if they told me all of the details since I could have parked free with them."

"On arrival found they would not accept debit cards for payment, and would not accept, dollars or sterling. Luckily we were able to make a transfer direct from our bank. All other hotels the same. Suggest you pre-paay ALL bookings with all hotels in Chile, could save a lot of heartache. Also in Chile it is now impossible to purchase a local Chile sim card for your phone - so make sure you have an e-sim installed before you travel."

"We really enjoyed our stay at that property . The staff , Gladis and Matias were so warm, doing everything they could to make our stay comfortable. It felt very authentic, more like a bed and breakfast, country living .They did cook us a wonderful lunch. We loved the setting quiet under beautiful old trees , however if you do not have a rental car you may prefer to stay more in town . The room was spacious, clean and the bed was confortable. The bathroom needs updating ."
