"There were quite some disturbing issues during the stay, I was in a rush to take my car and leave however I need a stamp from the check in desk, the stamping process took abnormally long and it was found out that the machine was jammed and they had me waiting while they try to take the ticket out, it took about roughly 10 mins, they could’ve done a better job in problem solving, such as giving me a new ticket straight away, or contacting the gate keeper to open the parking gate for me to leave....

"Had a wonderful time at Four Seasons Macau. What made the trip exceptional was Nana from Guest Relations team and her colleagues. After three weeks of travel she made us feel at home, any requests were resolved promptly, efficiently and in a friendly manner. She arranged a celebration cake for my father’s birthday which was very much appreciated. Housekeeping was also exceptional. We look forward to our next visit!"

"We had an enjoyable stay at Grand Coloane. The room is very nice and spacious. Service is excellent, great breakfast spread. Serene surroundings by the water. There is a shuttle bus to the Grand Lisboa hotel. Overall a nice hotel if you’re looking for a more quiet atmosphere."
