"Only one person for check-in, while about ten persons were waiting. It took us half and hour to get our two rooms, after the person in charge sternly said that we only booked one room. She finally understood she was wrong but did not apologize at all. The check-out was barely better than the check-in, with again only one person available. The parking was convenient, but it did not provide receipt (no ink) and here again the person in charge did not help, at all. "
