"We didn't get the room we ordered (and paid for). The unfortunately very meager confirmation from Expedia, which did not list the room type, was not helpful either. There was a hole where the minibar with refrigerator was supposed to be. Hot water only came when asked one day and not at all the next. Since there were very few guests in the hotel, there was no breakfast buffet. That's ok, but the menu offering was very meager. "The property manger Sameer made our trip so comfortable and pleasant . He went out of his way to provide us excellent information about nearby places to visit and have food . He even provided us with brunch !!! Such an hospitality is rare to find . The place was clean but little noisy during the early hours due to arrival of pilgrims. "
