"Clean spacious room with a few quirks - no stall around the shower, the drain is in the middle of the floor, and no room darkening shades. Overall I feel the property is overrated. It's a nice comfortable hotel on a quiet French byway. It's not, however, one of the Loire Valley's truly special hotels that would merit a 10/10."

"Property was well situated for getting around Blois and surrounding areas. Disappointed on arrival after a long journey we couldn't have an evening meal as we were told we hadn't booked half board. Having said that the menu was rather poor we were directed to a nearby restaurant. Breakfast was ok."
