"This house was perfect for a group with multiple families, with each room having its own bathroom. Also, lounge and kitchen areas were sizeable. Excellent kitchen facilities and ample cutlery and crockery as well as 2 dishwashers - made a huge difference not having to worry about running out of anything. Pool area very nice, pool good temperature, large bbq and plenty of room for a large outdoor table. Hot water issue was fixed very promptly. Only minor complaint was that the pillows were...

"Our group of friends loved the property and the grounds. The pool and tennis court are great, and we loved our morning jogs through the surrounding forests. A great place if you like a remote break with friends"

"The place was very pleasant for the base we used it for. The stay was somewhat spoilt on the last day with the owner implying we hadn't clean the kitchen floor or the bathroom. Considering we found children toys under the coffee table, part of a broken glass under the settee and a pubic hair in the shower his dig at my partners cleaning was totally unwarranted and if my French, or his English, had of been better my response would have been somewhat more vocal."

"The gite was handy for everything. Near to Chaumont, Amboise, Bloise. Plenty of good restaurants nearby and a supermarket for food and fuel. The house was lovely with everything we needed. Nathalie was very friendly and helpful."

"Sympathique maison de campagne, bien située (à proximité du zoo de Beauval ou des chateaux de la Loire et correctement équipée. Bonne communication avec le propriétaire. Léger bémol sur la propreté (mais rien de rédhibitoire) et l'éclairage,parfois insuffisant. "

"We had a fantastic week staying at the gite. We were a party of 8 and we had plenty of room - having two separate houses also worked really well for us. The pool is lovely - a great size, clean, heated and in a lovely setting. The location is beautiful, in the grounds of the chateau, and we enjoyed eating at the large table outside under the tree. The hosts were very friendly and helpful - thank you! In terms of eating out, we had a really delicious meal at the restaurant Aux Trois Pastoureaux...

"Niedliches kleines Haus, gut ausgestattet, netter Ort. Es gibt einen öffentlichen Parkplatz, wenige Meter entfernt. Wir haben all unsere Ausflüge zu den Schlöddern von dort gemacht."
