"Expedia site reservation states 2 double sofa beds. Our room had 2 twin beds pushed together. When I asked for the room I reserved, I was told the hotel only had this type room and that expedia site showed something the hotel did not offer. No way to upgrade room or get a double bed. 10 days of misery."

"A three night stay at this hotel and their service truly blew me away. Pro-active and extremely considerate. As an example, I arrived late on Thursday evening and even though I had missed dinner they offered to bring to my room some food. "This was my FIFTH stay at the Eurotel Punta Rotja since 2008. I have seen once again some of the wonderful staff members who were there sixteen years ago, but all are most courteous and welcoming with a sincere "Buenos dias!" or "Buenos Noches!"
