Hotel with a Concierge in Llevant

"Accueil passable et au départ nous avons eu l'impression de les déranger. L'appartement était propre. Les 4 lits étaient inconfortable (vieux matelas). Belle piscine, parking disponible. Un bon restaurant sur les lieux. Personnellement, nous n'allons pas y retourner."

"Unbearable without air conditioning during our stay in September. A fan was supplied but difficult to sleep with the noise of the fan. The neighbouring hotel must be all inclusive because we would wake early every morning to the clatter of plates (6am). The resort itself is fantastic and the apartment was nice. Just a nuisance having to check in/out at a different hotel 2 streets down."

"Expedia site reservation states 2 double sofa beds. Our room had 2 twin beds pushed together. When I asked for the room I reserved, I was told the hotel only had this type room and that expedia site showed something the hotel did not offer. No way to upgrade room or get a double bed. 10 days of misery."

"We got the suite with the pool which is an excellent spacious room with a great view. Room was very clean and nice and better than seen in pictures posted on the site. The hotel itself is a little dated so not sure how the regular rooms look like. Staff is friendly and still a good location. There's a lot of parking in the area and a fairly good spot in Cala Bona and close to Cala Millor. Great dining options in the area too. Try Sa Punta and Mediterranea."
