Chambre en bon état général, climatisation efficace et silencieuse. "The reservation process needs to be reviewed: for a second time this year, I arrived only to find out that they did not have my reservation. Apparently, according to the property, reservations are not transmitted to them in a timely manner. "Major problem: dirty (brown!) water flowing in the sink and the shower. When reported to Hotel Management, they only said that “the hotel is not responsible”, that “I should just wait for the water to clear”. This happened 4 days out of my 9-day stay. "Not really up to minimal standard for international guests. Only one of the staff was at all bilingual. Kitchen by hit or miss: "no gas" for two days meant no meals, no coffe, etc. Sullen bartender gave every indication of beIng inconvenienced when I wanted a beer. Desk clerk unwilling or unable to book a reliable taxi-- a big problem in Yaounde. Better spend a bit more money To get reasonable service."
