"The hotel advertises laundry facilities but there are none. It was one of the reasons I chose to stay there, allso because of the perfect location. I would have left, but started to wash my laundry in the sink, but there was no hot water, only cold, and then the water cut out.... There was no breakfast or any coffee the first morning of my stay - stating that I was "too early" (it was 7:45 am on a monday). There was no internet throughout my stay, although they kept promising me it would be available in the next few hours - but it never happened. I'm sure there are valid reasons for these issues - but to charge over 100$/ night for no water, no laundry, no internet, not even provide a free meal or drink...is a bit much. That being said the rooms are very spacious, comfortable, clean. The bed very comfortable and good A/C. There is a totally functional kitchen - though without any basic necesseties, like coffee, oil or salt I don't know how you are expected to cook. There were 2 bathrooms, though only 1 with toilet paper. There was a nice desk with a monitor, but the outlets were inaccessible so it was useless. The balcony was nice to have. I really want to like this hotel - I travel often to Yaoundé and need a reliable place to stay, but won't return until I can be sure it has the amenities one needs for a business trip. "

"Its a jewel away from home .The view from the window overlooking the natural quiet green forest is breathtaking.Its surreal .Its Yauonde 's gem hidden below the hills surrounded by grenery.I would do it again and again.It remains deeply imprinted and engrained in my heart.I highly recommend it for someone seeking quiet moments away from it all,the hustle and bustle of everyday stresses.Its the calm to the storm.Its pure peace ,its pure joy."
