The pickup & dropoff service offered by the hotel (and specifically Guillerme) was exceptional! We truly enjoyed all of the amenities offered by the "castle" ~ a once in a lifetime experience! "The property and room was exceptional. Upon arrival, Julicia at the front desk was a breath of fresh air and quite accommodating. She is the reason people come back to properties. The room was clean and nicely appointed. Even though I missed breakfast in the morning, they were accommodating to provide me coffee and pastries my sister and I look forward to returning next year."
