"We had a fantastic stay in Grand Poet Hotel. We booked the Deluxe room and we were given room 419, which had a fantastic view over the park and Riga old town. There was plenty of room for 3 people including our son. Room was tastefully decorated and super clean. We utilized the valet parking which was really convenient. Charge was 30 Euros per night. Hotel was walking distance from everything, including all the nice restaurants in the old town. SPA was nice, but a bit overcrowded at all times....

"This hotel has an excellent location right in the middle of Old Town, super walkable everywhere, easy to find restaurants and shopping. Breakfast in an adjacent bar/restaurant is convenient and the buffet has plenty of options. Would definitely stay in the same location again. Cozy, clean rooms, friendly staff. "

"Lovely property with good gym, pool and sauna area. Rooms are a good size. Quiet rooms close to the old town and Christmas markets. Supermarket close by was good to pick up snacks. "

"Overall good. All SPA services are chargeable, Good location. I left my earbuds in the room which were found. The hotel will not send them to me by tracked post ( at my cost) as their policy is for me to arrange a courier pick up for delivery to the UK which is not cost effective- very disappointed that they cannot be more helpful.
