"We have stayed here a few times, and the receptionist remembers us each time and is so friendly and accommodating. He let us check in early, and makes us feel so welcome. The breakfast staff were also very helpful and friendly. My son loves staying here, we go twice a year and will be back in the summer. Thank you. X"

"Heating system did mot get hot. Toilet paper was like sandpaper. Room could do with makeover. Facilities verry good . Staff polite and very helpful "

"Staff extremely helpful under tricky conditions. With storm we had no electricity from 8am on 24th and still not connected this morning when I left. Staff put on a log stove in Bistro,managed to do teas n coffees on small gas heater, supplied good battery lamps for each resident, Manager even carefully drove in evening into part of Lanark with power and brought back a meal for an older person staying for BnB, She would not take money for that. Ever staff member there did much more that needed...

"Hotel had excellent guest service experience. Everyone was super! We had an issue with hotel com site and the desk supervisor sorted it. The dining staff especially Oliver was great but so was his evening wait staff supervisor, got some 🍴🍴 as the take way forgot to put them in the bag. "
