I found the staff to be very polite and helpful and they happily go the extra mile without the expectation of a tip. The hotel itself is situated next to Victory Square and other key visiting sights are walkable or a short taxi ride away. (BTW taxis are relatively cheap - can travel 5 or so miles for £3-4). "The air conditioning (AC) were not working at all, they were in a poor condition which once you switch off it does not start again. The hotel was out of hot water for the 48 hours. They said it’s a national problem. I gave my cloths for landury they have charged me 2600 for a few cloths which was not mentioned on thier description that laundry is out of pocket fee. "It’s good for its price, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself is not a luxury but it’s very comfy and has all of the accommodations including the kettle with the tea, blow dryer, toothbrush with a toothpaste, flippers, and of course anything that is supposed to be included."
