"The air conditioning (AC) were not working at all, they were in a poor condition which once you switch off it does not start again. The hotel was out of hot water for the 48 hours. They said it’s a national problem. I gave my cloths for landury they have charged me 2600 for a few cloths which was not mentioned on thier description that laundry is out of pocket fee. "Really nice hotel, big rooms, very cheap in the low season so I can’t complain too much. However, there’s a bar next door with loud music during the night. Fortunately I had ear plugs, but I know many people dont like to use them. If you are a light sleeper I’m sure you can let them know before you get there. The staff is very nice and speaks English, specially the girl from the front desk. "
