"It's an old hotel and the rooms show it. Outdated everything. Extremely poor lighting. Dirty carpets. Dark. However, the service is outstanding. Managers Simon and Haneef were quick to help with absolutely anything and everything I needed for my 12 day stay. That included helping me get an upgrade to a suite at a time when the hotel was almost completely booked. Ms. Noor at the front desk was gracious and professional. "The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, it was a good place to stay. There were many restaurants in the plaza, same building area, so easy to get to. The meals I had were very good. The only downside is there really isn't anything around the hotel, so while you have many options inside, that's pretty much it. But, I would stay again for close to the airport."

"Nothing was as shown in the expedia.com. Free Breakfast was included but property didn't provide it free. WiFi very poor. There was no bathroom slippers. No complementary drinking water, coffee or tea were not available in my room. Stuff behavior was not cooperative and friendly. Over all property services ware very very bad. "
