"We booked a junior suite for a week long stay at this remarkable hotel. Breakfast had a verity of option, we loved abundance of fresh juices. "It's an old hotel and the rooms show it. Outdated everything. Extremely poor lighting. Dirty carpets. Dark. However, the service is outstanding. Managers Simon and Haneef were quick to help with absolutely anything and everything I needed for my 12 day stay. That included helping me get an upgrade to a suite at a time when the hotel was almost completely booked. Ms. Noor at the front desk was gracious and professional. Perfect place to stay

"It was amazing stay with wonderful services from the check-in until depart. Room was clean and comfortable bed. The view from the window ( floor 23) was a relaxing panoramic view. The valet parking serves was free and very convenient. The welcoming coffee and sweet at reception was a k8nd of the Arabic generosity."
