"It has all the amenities of a typical Japanese hotel accommodation, and it's highly space-efficient in terms of design. Staff was very helpful in checking in and checking out as well as explaining offered services. Its location is highly convenient because one doesn't need to go down a floor from the Akita station to reach it."

"This was a beautiful hotel, the hot baths were amazing and a very good breakfast."

"Room was small but functional for one person and one can easily open a large suitcase on the floor which is not possible for most of the business hotels in Japan. Despite being on the first floor (floor 2) there was no sound from outside (a car park), no sound from any neighbours. The onsen was a major highlight open throughout afternoon, night and early morning so one can avoid the crowds. I will definitely stay here again if I return to Akita."
