"Great customer service. The breakfast was good and has different options on a daily basis with desserts. The only downside is the bedroom door to the balcony was left unlocked overnight and also the pillows were not clean inside and should have been cleaned. Overall, I had a great experience staying at the Hotel Golf Coast and would highly recommand it to anyone."

"There is a serious sewage issue that causes the rooms to smell pretty bad. The smell is sometimes unbearable and should be addressed immediately. There also seem to be some issue with the AC not being turned on, especially in the gym. This hotel is top notch and should look into fixing those issues as soon as possible."

"The property was top class and the staff especially Sharon, was very professional. The only downside was the fact that many people who don’t stay there tend to create an atmosphere of olmost intimidation. They are starting at you straight in the eyes, I don’t know if they are security staff or what they call in Kinshasa, ANR agents? Very unsettling. They are everywhere! Around the pool, lobby,looking at you as if they are investigating you… really I felt unsafe…"
