"The property was top class and the staff especially Sharon, was very professional. The only downside was the fact that many people who don’t stay there tend to create an atmosphere of olmost intimidation. They are starting at you straight in the eyes, I don’t know if they are security staff or what they call in Kinshasa, ANR agents? Very unsettling. They are everywhere! Around the pool, lobby,looking at you as if they are investigating you… really I felt unsafe…"

"All the staff were very nice and warm and made us feel very welcomed. Starting from the manager, Kai, who checked us in and explained everything about the property to us, to the service staff who brought us water, the staff who started the fire in our room and the the waiter who served us during the meals. It was in the afternoon but the place was so dark and without electricity. They took me to the bedroom but I could not stand it. Straightaway I told the receptionist to cancel the stay. I have to found another hotel to stay in the last minute. This is the worst experience I ever been. This is worst and deceiving, I do not know how the can put this hotel...

"It is an affordable no expensive and safe place to stay. Rooms are clean and they have hot water, electricity and wifi 24/7. The staff are prompt to respond and very respectful when addressing to guests. Augustin and Jean were very professional and the receptionists were very professional. There is a store called kin market less than half a mile. An ATM and vending machine could be added. My overall experience was positive. It is a go."
