"It is an affordable no expensive and safe place to stay. Rooms are clean and they have hot water, electricity and wifi 24/7. The staff are prompt to respond and very respectful when addressing to guests. Augustin and Jean were very professional and the receptionists were very professional. There is a store called kin market less than half a mile. An ATM and vending machine could be added. My overall experience was positive. It is a go."

"A notre arrivée, la propreté des lieux laissait à désirer, en particulier la cuisine. On nous a dit que c'était parce que nous sommes arrivés un dimanche et que personne ne nettoie ce jour-là. Cela dit, ça devait faire un petit moment que le logement n'avait pas été nettoyé... Les coupures de courant n'étonne personne à Kin, on y est habitué. Mais là, c'est tous les jours, souvent des heures entières, y compris la nuit. Et le générateur était rarement en marche : on nous a dit qu'il y avait...
