Hotels with a Lazy River in Kastamonu Province

"We wanted to go live in this quaint place away from tbe tourist hustle bustle. It was great for this. We did a 2 day trip from Istanbul. The room was tiny as most hotel rooms in tbis city are. It has cute old style windows and window drapes. The market and restaurants were just a short walk down the hill. This place was cute. The manager, Esmile was extremely helpful and has a great sense of humor. The owner helped us with currency exchange and helped pay the taxi driver. Overall, a plesant experience. Will i come back to this city agin? May be if it was enroute on a trip."

"Korkcu Konak was a great place from which to enjoy Safranbolu. Spacious room, clean, nice bed. Good location, just off the main road, with easy access to the old city and view points. The hosts were warm and breakfasts were great. We loved it!"

"Homemade breakfast was delicious, the room was very traditional, and the location was perfect for accessing old town. The host speaks minimal English so please learn basic Turkish or Google translate. Highly recommended!!"

"Great stay. Staff were very helpful and professional. Room was comfortable, clean and quiet, with a nice view of the castle. We enjoyed the complimentary spa facilities, using the indoor pool, sauna and steam room. Breakfast was excellent, with large choice of hot and cold dishes to choose from. Also a good selection of cereals, breads and pastries. We didn’t eat dinner at the hotel restaurant which we regret, as we seen the menu when leaving breakfast. Menu was varied and looked reasonably priced. When driving into town the hotel was very easy to find. It has a small car park out front, plus an underground car park."

"This hotel is a true gem. It is run by the kindest and most caring couple. We stayed in 14 hotels in 15 days across Türkiye, this was the absolute BEST. They pay attention to every small detail to make sure your stay is perfect and authentic. Beautiful people in a beautiful setting. The rooms are comfortable and clean with lots personal details and handmade surprises. The Turkish breakfast was outstanding and included homemade jams and other specialties. I highly recommended this sweet hotel and would happily return there myself. This place is a true gem."

"Staff at reception are friendly and helpful. Entry to reception looks old and corridors to rooms are dark and old too. Once inside the room, it is comfortable and clean although carpet is a bit old. Simple breakfast of 1 hard-boiled egg, bread, cheese, jam, free flow of tea. No coffee but u have coffee sachets and tea sachets and boiler in room. There is no aircon nor fan but outside was cool -so not really need aircon. If u open the window can hear sound of cars. The mosque is quite loud. Overall it was good."
