"It is a lovely traditional house and we had the top floor to ourselves. Stairs might be a bit difficult for elderly people. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast nothing special."

"Close to bus stop for otogar and old historic area of Kastamonu. My room was on 6th floor overlooking castle. Modern hotel, but no breakfast available. Kettle in room. Great stay but the bed mattress was not comfortable. Wish I had stayed longer. The old part of town is gorgeous. You can walk up to the castle but it's hard work. Quite steep lanes. There's also a cable car station, work in progress. If it ever gets finished. Looks as if they ran out of money to complete the project!!! "

"otel çok guzel bir yerde fakat özel aracınız yoksa gitmeniz çok zor ve şehirden biraz uzakta.Yapı olarak güzel ve yeni bir yapı olmasına rağmen işçilik çok kötü birkaç kapida da dikkat ettim kapı boşlukları var ve icerideki ışık vs. cok rahat görünüyor.Benim kaldığım odanın banyosunda prizle duvar arasina 1 parmak girecek kadar bosluk vardı tehlikeli bir durum. sabunlugun altina elinizi dumduz sokmaniz gerekiyor cunku sabunlukla lavoba arasinda cok ufak bir bosluk var.. duş telefonu...

"High on the hill, it was a great view down over town to the sea. It was a reasonable walk to town with a lot of steps. Room was comfortable and the breakfast was adequate. The owner was very friendly and helpful. It was a good price and good value."

"Staff at reception are friendly and helpful. Entry to reception looks old and corridors to rooms are dark and old too. Once inside the room, it is comfortable and clean although carpet is a bit old. Simple breakfast of 1 hard-boiled egg, bread, cheese, jam, free flow of tea. No coffee but u have coffee sachets and tea sachets and boiler in room. There is no aircon nor fan but outside was cool -so not really need aircon. If u open the window can hear sound of cars. The mosque is quite loud....

"It’s a decent old hotel with antique decoration. Nothing fancy, no air conditioner, weak WiFi. Kind host and not a bad place for the price"
