Dipankar in concierge was helpful in arranging our trip to Mysore. Had a very pleasant visit. They also arranged a free pick up from airport one way, when departing also had a representative to help with baggage and going through security. Gift from Shuhasi introduced us to a fragrance we were not familiar with. Kumud & Nilgiri incense sticks made from flowers, scent is authentic and heavenly. Was honoured to take part and light The Leela’s traditional lamp lighting ritual. "
