"Friendly staff with a warm welcome. Small hotel situated on a busy road. The rooms are surprisingly quiet with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast is made to order and the choice was reasonable with egg dishes or noodles as well as the usual fruit and pastries. There is a spa but I did not use it so I cannot comment. Tuk tuk available just outside which was great as walking in very warm weather and pavements being redone was not as easy as it could be. Cars parked on pavement is the norm. No...

"We couldn’t actually stay…I booked online here with Orbitz and they were closed upon arrival! I am still waiting for a refund! I’m very frustrated!!!! We had to scurry to find different accommodations (with 2 young children and lots of stuff on public transportation…we had just gotten released from our 2-week quarantine upon arrival back to Cambodia from a trip over seas…SO FRUSTRATING!!!)"

"Apsor is a 5 minute ride from where the wide action is at { Riverside} which is a good thing for me. Tuk Tuks are cheap - keep it that way - 8000 riel { 2 bucks} is plenty for a fairly long ride. And as usual - keep your street sense on alert in any foreign city. "

The room was not very practical. There was nowhere to put the suitcases and the bed was in the middle of the room. The bath was a disgrace with loads of mould and only a shower head, installed very low; also no bath curtain to keep the water in. There was a window looking into the bathroom. "The Pavilion is a beautiful property once you get inside. Doesn’t look impressive from the street but when you enter it is an oasis of tranquility. Excellent service and beautifully laid out. Getting a room with a private pool was worth the extra cost."
