"Hotel was lovely beds comfy staff very helpful, good choice at breakfast and dinner time, need uber or taxi to go anywhere (shopping mall) etc would stay again as inly 10mins from therme spa hotel has shuttle bus to airport which takes 15mins when traffic not busy "

However very close to main attractions, walkable and lots of amenities very close by. I would definitely stay here again "

"The hotel staff were welcoming and the first impression as you walk in to the lobby is impressive. Our room was clean, comfortable and stylish. The spa staff were super friendly and helpful too, Gym facilities are fairly small and not many machines however adequate for a hotel gym. We found the really cool cocktail bar, ‘the vault’, to the right of the lobby somewhat by accident and tried to go in for a cocktail but were greeted with a rude response from the bar staff as we didn’t have a reservation and made to feel that we were an inconvenience as they had a private function in the back room, this made us uncomfortable so we left. The main bar off the lobby is a beautiful space however we didn’t use it as we were exploring in the unexpected 60cm of snow that graced our trip. Great time, great hotel, great city "
