"Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice. Arranged car service to and from hotel/airport at a very good rate. Room upgrade at a great price. Only thing to be aware of is that old town is loud - so if you are a light sleeper you may want to stay in another part of Bucharest. I had no problem sleeping. No elevators but staff took luggage up to room. I would definitely stay here again. Again - wonderful staff."
