"We had a very lovely stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They held our bags for us since we arrived at 10 am. We decided to do some sightseeing and then went back later for check in. Everything went smoothly. Very comfortable accommodations. "

"I’ve never stayed in a hotel, where the staff make no attempt to greet the guests. We checked in late using the machine outside so the reception was closed, which I have no problem with. What I didn’t like is when I did finally see the receptionist and smiled, I was greeted with a blank stare. Not once, did the staff even try to acknowledge us which we found, very disappointing. Only person I care into contact with was the cleaner and that’s it! I think more basic amenities would be nice...
