"The manager was EXCELLENT at helping us problem-solve a couple minor issues initially. He was kind, courteous, and VERY helpful! Would recommend this to others. We could see the glow of the Eiffel Tower around the corner of the street- walkable or trains to everything. Thank you for making our stay much more memorable! "

"Arrived at 9.30 pm and the place was in virtually total darkness, nobody around. Notice on window of Reception gave two numbers both unavaiable After 1 hour standing in the cold with my wife and thre - finally a mini bus arrived and the guy - took our money and let us into our room"

"I’ve never stayed in a hotel, where the staff make no attempt to greet the guests. We checked in late using the machine outside so the reception was closed, which I have no problem with. What I didn’t like is when I did finally see the receptionist and smiled, I was greeted with a blank stare. Not once, did the staff even try to acknowledge us which we found, very disappointing. Only person I care into contact with was the cleaner and that’s it! I think more basic amenities would be nice...
