"during my stay the hotel burnt down. was still charged the ENTIRE RATE after I was told I would be refunded it, minus the first night. Literally something out of a movie. "

"Beds were very comfortable. Appreciated how sparkling clean everything was, especially since it was a sloppy snowy few days. Carpet in the room looked new. Very convenient long, built in cabinet along the wall under the TV. Didn’t spend much time in the room, but it was the perfect place to sleep during a busy family weekend."

"We enjoyed our one night stay for Valentine’s Day. The staff were friendly and kind. The hot tub was a plus and so nice to sit in while it was snowing. We were a little bummed with the breakfast because we went down at 6:15 and it wasn’t quite setup yet. Also the bar wasn’t open at 9:30 so we did not get to enjoy a night cap which is fine because I think there was a technical issue with the register. Overall a wonderful experience and we will be back soon. "
