"The services I got from this hotel has to be the best in all of the hotels I have stayed ever. From the questions I had even before arriving in Zhangjiajie, they were responded to in a timely manner and I felt the genuine urge to help. Even when I arrived, I felt the enthusiasm to help me plan my trip. I was even upgraded to a room with a view. Breakfast was also very good and huge portions. It is also just a 20 minute walk away from one of the Zhangjiajie park entrances which was really convenient. I would just say that it was hard to find the hotel (if you are using western apps)."

"This is a palatial hotel. I love the design very much. Because it's on a skyscraper, the view is superb. It's very convenient for shopping, dinning and transportation.
