"We took a family room as we had a toddler and it was very handy to have interconnecting living and sleeping spaces. The hotel was clean and breakfast was good quality. The location means you can access the city centre easily via bus or metro. The (minor) issues that we felt were worth highlighting were the lack of room service menus, lack of fridge to store water/free bottles of water (albeit there is a paid for minibar) and also some slow service we had in the main bar in the lobby. "The hotel is very nice and the staff are friendly and helpful. Some things were surprising though in a hotel of this quality - the curtains not being of sufficient quality to keep out any of the bright sunlight, the only way to turn on the fan was by climbing up on the bed, the tv remote not working. A bit disappointing in a hotel at this price point. "
