"5.th time on this hotel. Chipsene a Big room on 62 sqm for the comfort. Unfortunately the room was very cold 16 degrees and we had to use our winter coats inside all day - everything in the room was cold. On the second day we reach 18 degrees and 20 at the 3. day. We missed a couch or two good chairs with a table. The service is very good - but we got an unpleasant stay because of the cold - and a bad smell from the drains in the bathroom we tried to cover with wet towels. We contacted the...

"Position of hotel perfect for exhibition centre (Messe), 5 minutes walk and one minute walk from Skyline Plaza shopping mall. 20 minutes walk (5/6 minutes by Taxi) from Hauptbanhof. Very nice spacious reception area and very good bar and restaurant. Rooms adequate, bed and pillows desperately uncomfortable."
