"The hotel is close to the train station, which is great, the area is not the best, as there are some dodgy folks hanging around, I would not let this put you off the hotel, as it is fantastic, its just a note. The staff are friendly, the room was large and clean with a great shower and super fast internet. Breakfast was wonderfull, the staff could not do enough to help. I WOULD STAY AGAIN & AGAIN & AGAIN Also it is close to the tram line."

But it is also in a pretty awful area full of drug dealers and lurkers as soon as it gets dark (through no fault of the hotel!). These conditions seem to be normal for German train stations, and can't be helped. The service in the hotel was exceptional. They gave us prosecco and beer as welcome drinks!
