Hotel with a Concierge in Herzegovina-Neretva Canton

"The hotel showed the signs of deterioration since I stayed there two years ago. I was by the elevator and people were loud and they didn’t care about the time or their voice levels."

"La ubicacion en google era incorrecta por lo que me costo mucho encontrar el hotel. Una carretera muy dificil al estilo de la que sube a los lagos de Covadonga en España. Lejos de Mostar. Para poder visitar la ciudad necesitas cubrir el trayecto 3 veces. Precio alto para tres personas. Pague 100 euros este Agosto. Lo mejor del hotel es su Management. Me trataron muy bien cuando exprese mis dificultades cuando mi mujer se puso enferma y tuvimos que cambiar la fecha sin coste . Cuando me queje...

"The location was excellent. Had a view of the Crooked bridge from my window. Free parking on the premises was a huge bonus considering the parking situation in old Mostar. A couple minute walk to everything in the Old center. The owners were friendly and helpful. The bathroom was a little musty smelling when we got there but was cleaned up by the cleaning person. Good stay -would go there again."

"The towels are warn, stained and tattered. They definitely need new towels."
