Incredible staff, giving you a warm welcome to the hotel and making sure you are always ok during your stay. Only complaint was my bathroom smelled like sewage and couldn’t be fixed. I recommend to get the menu dinner for the best price/quality in the city. Overall I had a great stay

The staff were great! The friendliest most helpful staff. The location was brilliant, right in the middle of old town so very convenient. The room was modern and great AC, however the bathroom had a funny smell at times. Although there was a lot of noise outside on the Friday evening there was minimal noise inside the room. Overall a great stay for a trip to Mostar, would highly recommend!

The most amazing and friendly staff. Felt like home away from home. Rooms were very clean, breakfast and restaurant food was absolutely delicious. The staff was amazing. They gave us the warmest greeting. They provided us a little refreshment, sat down with us with a map and described the dinner options. The room was comfortable and clean. The property grounds are beautiful. It's centrally located to the bridge, bazaar and mosque. The dinner was a fun experience. We chose the veal and lamb options and the meat was excellent. The breakfast had a great variety. Again the staff was so kind and warm as we left. It was truly the warmest reception I've ever experienced. If you're visiting Mostar - definitely stay here!

The staff was amazing. They're so sweet, kind. and genuine. Definitely eat at least one dinner at the hotel restaurant. Perfect location too! There's a parking lot close by that is safe- has security and cameras too!
