I share with others in that the biggest complaint is a lack of the staff's profesisonalism and tardiness. Checkin takes 15 minutes. Checkout takes 20 minutes. 4. "Good service, easy check-in, staff welcoming and happy to speak English. Room was big and clean with a great view, with everything, even USB charging cord. Great location near many good restaurants and a shopping mall. Bus to Harbin airport and local metro are both walkable, but not short walks, some local buses right there though. "
