"The service that the staff in the restaurants provided was exceptional. There was some confusion at check in and check-out time - 5 am - but that was eventually sorted."

"The staff does not speak English at all. Make sure you have a translator on your phone. The internet speed is unacceptable (unusable). Also, you have to have a local cell phone number in order to log in on the internet. This is crazy for international guests staying at the hotel. The breakfast fair to poor. Very limited selection for Western choices and all the hot food was cold."

Fantastic Stay at Mudanjiang Holiday Inn

"Our stay at the Holiday Inn Mudanjiang was very nice. The staff are amazing, especially Zhang Dan in the restaurant at breakfast service, and Xu Xiao Yu and Wang Nan on reception. We highly recommend this hotel."
