Definitely walkable to the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes & the Grotto. The area has limited restaurants so if you walked about 15 minutes, you have a wide variety of restaurants to choose from. Unfortunately the room had no fridge but the staff was hospitable to provide ice or hot water if you asked them. They even helped me to freeze my ice pack...
