"Never wrote a negative comment before but this place is not where a normal traveller could stand. Remote location and shabby facilities, bed bugs, dirty towel and bad smell all around. Booked for multiple nights but checked out within one day. I was just willing to pay extra for not staying here."

"Property is in a great location with many shops and restaurants right outside the door. Being physically handicapped was difficult for me to use bathroom facilities. Another room was not availble"

"This is the best apartment hotel experience in the Baltics. Rooms are specious, with good sturdy beds(unlike other places with featherweight ikea beds). The soundproofing is also good - i didnt hear other people in their rooms. Facilities are new and nice, has an elevator, checkin/checkout seemless. Have to mention that the checkout time is also noon - a luxury when most places kick you out by 10am. "

"Fantastic Hotel in a Perfect Location This hotel was a wonderful find! The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff at the service desk were incredibly helpful and friendly. The location was unbeatable—right next to a shopping mall and just a 10-minute walk to the old town and Christmas market. Plenty of restaurants and souvenir shops were within a 5-10 minute stroll. "First time staying at this hotel and it was a lovely stay. The staff were helpful and freidnly. They gave us lots of recoemndations about the city. The room was very comfortable and the spa was relaxing after a long day walking around the city. "
