"Everything was perfect except the bedroom was unbearably hot. Could not turn off bathroom heating or open window beyond 10cms (appreciate health and safety issues), so ended up with fan on all night. Rather negates other excellent environmental measures..fresh milk in jugs so no plastic, opportunity to reuse towels etc. "

"I stayed at La Fregate over the new year period and was looked after impeccably. The room was beautifully clean and the outlook over Saint Peter Port was stunning. The room service was prompt and all staff members were consistently helpful and accommodating. The food was delicious and had me looking forward to breakfast each morning! I am really looking forward to returning. Thank you so much looking after me, see you again soon! "

"The staff were lovely and went the extra mile. We had a lot of noise in our room and asked to be moved - the receptionist was very understanding and we were moved to a lovely , quiet room at the back of the hotel and also found a bottle of Prosecco and. Strawberries with an apology note - couldn’t have asked for more "

"Stayed for 1 week whilst on business. A friendly hotel and comfortable. Great honest home cooked food at a good price , restaurant busy with locals which is a good sign. "
