We had a lot of noise in our room and asked to be moved - the receptionist was very understanding and we were moved to a lovely , quiet room at the back of the hotel and also found a bottle of Prosecco and. "We only stayed one night over NYE due to its proximity to the event we were at so we didn’t use the hotel’s facilities. The staff were very friendly at reception and in the restaurant where breakfast was served. Breakfast was tasty and fresh. The hotel room itself was clean and fine for our requirements but it was definitely in need of updating."
