"The Suites Santo Domingo was a pleasant place to stay, although my room was over the street (more like an alley) and it was noisy from early in the morning until late in the evening. I had to laugh when I saw the electronic safe in the closet had its’ power cord hanging down and there was not an outlet to plug it into. Luckily I didn’t have valuables I needed to store in a safe.
