"This was my second stay at this hotel and the experience was exceptional again! Friendly staff, VERY quiet, delicious food at the restaurant and cafe, immaculate grounds, and walkable. Valet parking was convenient, quick, and effortless. My only complaint was that we were not made aware that the pool would be closed for maintenance on our second day until the morning of. We were looking forward to spending time at the pool/rooftop, so if we had known on our first day that it was going to be...

It is near some activities and cultural landmarks but, if you really want to experience the tradition and customs of Leon Guanajuato you have to stay in Guanajuato not in Leon. Leon is mostly for shopping for the leather that it has. Leon is such a huge city that in order for you to get around you need a form of transportation. "

"The property is not in downtown. You need to take a taxi or uber to reach to old town. It is easy and not expensive. Area is outskirts of the town so it is not walkable."
