"Visit Guadalajara for the first time from Texas. We absolutely loved the Hotel Portobelo. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. It’s a 10 minute walk to center of city . Would definitely recommend it. "

"I had a great experience stayed for a week and liked it so much i stayed another week in total two weeks the manager was amazing Alejandra, Mauricio were exceptional great service and friendly staff. Only inconvenience was one staff that would give me a hard time an elderly woman with glasses by the name of guadalupe.. dont know why but she would be rude and made unnecessary remarks towards me and my family. She was the only inconvenience personally but i just ignored her. Besides that overall a...
