"Easy to find and within walking distance of the Bordeaux Saint John main railway station. Friendly reception staff and very well maintained room with everything required except for dishwashing liquid and tea towels. Very clean. A number of small shops for supplies nearby. Would happily stay there again "

"We had a wonderful stay at this centrally located hotel. The hotel is located in a pedestrian area close to great shopping, dining, public transportation options are within a short walk. Staff was friendly, caring and helpful. Special thanks to Malika, who was very caring and helpful. Parking is available close by although it is a tight one. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and recommend highly. "

"Good hotel. Close to the airport - NOT A WALK. Need to get the tram or a taxi. There are closer hotels. Rooms were fine. Beds comfortable and breakfast was good, plenty of options. The hotel is looking a little tired in decor and room specification. "

"Incredible staff. Gorgeous hotel. Amazing design. Sumptuous rooms. Wonderful spa. So many reasons to come back but the best thing was the staff. I’ve rarely been to a hotel where everyone is so kind, professsional and friendly. Go, you won’t regret it!!!"
