"The stay itself was ok, but the problems started later. The hotel double charged me for my stay. I fully paid at the reception when checking in using their QR code system. However, 10 days later, they charged my credit card again for the full amount of the reservation. I tried to contact the hotel via the phone number provided. "This hotel located in city center, around 35 min from TBS airport. Easy access to Pekini markets and all major public transports. Pool and gym are very practical. Pool is always busy in pool season. Breakfast serves in lobby restaurant; buffet with great varieties of foods. Executive rooms are larger than normal ones and pool view rooms maybe more quite than street/city view ones. "A very cozy place to stay especially if you’re interested in skiing because the hotel is very close to ski area. The only thing we didn’t like was room temperature. It was quite cold. Otherwise the hotel and staff were very nice. Food was delicious. "
