"This hotel located in city center, around 35 min from TBS airport. Easy access to Pekini markets and all major public transports. Pool and gym are very practical. Pool is always busy in pool season. Breakfast serves in lobby restaurant; buffet with great varieties of foods. Executive rooms are larger than normal ones and pool view rooms maybe more quite than street/city view ones. Though overall you may still hear street noise regardless. Friendly staff and responsive. Highly recommend to have...

"New building, clean, friendly people at the reception area. Great location near everything , but quiet. It is a little tricky to find the building itself: you have to get through the arch that is not nice looking, but when you pass it (just 10-15 steps later) you will be in front of the modern building. I will definitely stay there if I come to Tbilisi again."

It wasn't the "Ritz Carlton", don't get me wrong. , It is a nice clean functional studioapartment good for long or short stay. In my humble opinion, it is a good budget option.
