"I extended my stay in Ecuador just to stay her 2 evenings. So happy I did! Soaking in the hot springs outside of the room at 3am was divine. I had 3 spa treatments and they were all top! The main volcanic hot springs are super cool and the spa springs are also sweet. Love the jets to massage your back. Definitely a worthwhile visit and will recommend to my friends and hope to be back on day. … cannot fail to mention the Service and Staff are exceptional. "

"This is our go to hotel in Guayaquil. Have stayed there multiple times and especially like the breakfast and amenities like the pool and game room. We also tried their airport shuttle this time which was easy and convenient. When checking in, make sure to confirm the number and size of beds as that has been an issue for us sometimes at this hotel that they assigned us a room with different bed sizes than what we reserved. They promptly got us switched to a different room. "
