Were pleasant when we checked in, though there was no offer to help with our bags, ( my husband has only one leg, and uses crutches), although there were quite a number of stairs to negotiate to reach our room. "Cannot fault this hotel. From check in to check out all of the staff were friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. The whole experience was relaxing with amazing views over the golf course and the sea beyond. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was so comfortable, slept like a log.
