"We booked our 3 night stay for our Wedding Anniversary. 30 years!! It was a lovely relaxing break. The staff are all amazing. Courteous, competent, friendly, professional and always willing to help. The lady who seems to be in charge of the restaurant (can't quite remember her name but she has been working at the hotel for many years) is so good at her job and seems to be so aware and supportive of the needs of both the clients and staff. We went in & had a coffe at Costa & then checked in after 3.00. The hotel was clean & tidy & the room was nice & warm, overall the stay was very good. "
